When you say you "lost your rear wheel", what do you mean? You physically misplaced it and can't find it? Are you the original owner of the bike? That rear frame spacing of just over 100mm is not even close to the 135mm that it should be. I agree that this frame has been damaged severely, and almost certainly beyond (safe) repair.
