Bikes: a lowrider BMX, a mountain bike, a faired recumbent, and a loaded touring bike

Unplug it and plug it back in again. Repeat as many times as there are cells in the battery.
it’s the BMS, or balancing device, trying to give each cell an equal charge.
Happens with my Canon camera.
