Sugino sells the OX.
It is 110 BCD. It comes in polished silver. Outboard cups.
It also has a set of 74 BCD holes on the same plane as the inside ring.
Which means what you think it does....you can run 34/26 to 54/54.
There are also more and more oval rings.
I think the new term is “asymmetric.”
The 32T version provides the oval chainring concept;
plus creating just enough space for 32T rings.
A small but important step.
