after several days of riding on my new 700x28's there is absolutely no difference is speed that I can tell. The bike does look leaner/meaner though. I am not sure why... but getting rid of the 700x38's did not make much difference?
either my computer is lying or the hybrid frame geometry is not very effective past a certain point?
