Can someone please help me understand in easy to understand lingo (forgive me I'm still learning all this) what length of chain I need for my 1984 Schwinn World Sport project bike? Unfortunately I tossed the old chain and did not remember to count the links. The rear freewheel has 6 speeds on it and the front crankset has 2 chain rings, so it's a 12 speed with a Suntour rear derailleur. I'm trying to find the most affordable chain and not break the bank on the chain. If you have any suggestions from Ebay or Amazon if you could share them that would be great. I was hoping not to spend over $20 total for a chain if possible.
