I mentioned above that I had Schwalbe Marathon size 24X1.5 that were produced over a decade ago, on the tire they are listed as 40mm wide, I have not calipered it. They are on the bike as shown. I usually run the rear tire at 75 to 80 psi, front between 55 and 60, but on some really rough west Texas chip seal I ran the front between 40 and 45 to reduce the vibration on my hands and on my GPS that was really unhappy with the vibration.
I was unaware that Pacific makes the Airnimal frame. Interesting.
Pulled out the bike, three photos below. I think the size is about 32 inches by 32 inches by 10 inches, the 10 is a guess. That excludes the seat that is shown in the photos, the reason I exclud that is that it sticks out to the left several inches, but you can easily pull the seatpost out if the size is that critical. You see an aluminum cylander that is above the fork and headset, that is an extension of the steerer tube and can NOT be removed to make it smaller. No pedals as shown, I use MKS Ezy pedals that are quick release.
First photo, the bike with the front tire leaning against the bike. Second photo, the bike, but front tire moved to the side so you can better see what the bike folded looks like, the rear wheel is inside the front fork. Third photo is the bag I store it in in my truck, bag is about 32 inches high, 38 or 40 inches wide, the bag was originally about 4 inches thick but the bike bulges it out somewhat. Unfortunately, the numbers on the yardstick are unreadable in the photos, I photo reduced the photos at 20 percent to make the electronic size smaller.
To re-iterate, this bike is about a decade and a half old, changes have occurred, for example mine is rim brake. Pedals not shown in photo, I used drop bars but flat bars would be much more compact and easier for packing in a first fold, etc.
When I pack it in an S&S backpack case for airline travel (26 X 26 X 10 inch case), I have to remove both crank arms, fork, etc. It takes a lot of work to pack it that small, but the first fold in the photos is extremely fast. Since the front wheel has to be pulled to fold it, I filed down the lugs that you are not supposed to file down, but I do not recommend that, etc.
I hope this answers your questions.
