Mystery 90s/2000s Atala - info wanted

Hi all. I wonder if some of you might be able to help me out - I'm just about to do a full rebuild on this Atala I've owned for a few years, and I was trying to find out a little more about it. It was acquired as a bare frame from Romania by a friend who then sold it to me and I completed the build.

Excuse the NDS shot. Its 58cm, built in Dedacciai Zero 18 MCDV6 HT - a high quality heat treated, lightweight tubeset, frame and fork both. This frame seems to be a tribute/styled on the late 80s Professionisti model, with a (very fragile!) cromovelato laquer finish. All the text and logos are decals applied over the laquer. As well as the tubeset stickers there is also a sticker on the underside of the downtube marked "MCP - 00". There are no serial numbers on the BB, only frame sizing - 56/58.

If my research is correct, the tubing pins it mid 90s or later, so perhaps a 2000 production judging by the MCP sticker?

Any model details, catalogues or general info on Atala from the 90s onward much appreciated as there doesn't seem much information about the brand in this time period on the web, and their current range is more town/utility/low end focused - I believe they were bought out in the early 2000s.

Thanks in advance!
