So it's effective. Not for me at the moment. But that could change. Just can't stand the trainer these days. Sorry.

You won't get hit by a Ford F150 on your CompuTrainer that's for sure : ). Well, maybe a virtual one if they program it into one of the workouts. That would add some spice to things....
