Whenever somebody mentions bicyclists rolling past stop signs I make this offer: "Meet me at an intersection of your choice that has four stop signs. For every car that comes to a full and complete stop, I'll hand you a dollar bill. For every car that doesn't make a full stop, you hand me a dollar." I've never found anybody willing to take me up on that offer.
