Same here. I gotta burn off the bad stuff that accumulates in my body from long periods of stress. I find that the best time to think about my problems, is when I'm on the bike, the stress that creates is excellent fuel for mad sprints and big ring climbs.
Same. I didn't really make the strong connection until four years ago or so, but my mileage has certainly been up/more consistent since, and I'm better for it.
