I think @Litespud is closest to the issue I'm having. There is a tab that seems to guide the chains but I don't think its suppose to create so much tension that it creates noticeable friction when pedaling. I take it adding a link or 2 may help this? I had pictures ready to show you guys but didn't know I had to have 10 posts up to put a picture up. The chain is routed correctly, in front of the top one and behind the lower one. This is hard to explain because alot of hangers don't have this "guide". Not sure what the use for it would be anyways other than to irritate me lol.
