I’m running two grinders, one for regular and one for decaf. Regular is a Sette 270wi and decaf is a Rancillo Rocky. The Sette does a decent job but the Rocky clumps too much for a bottomless portafilter so I use a bottomless with the Sette and regular with the Rocky.
I’m getting ready to do a deep clean on both grinders.
Cool! When did you get the 270Wi? Seems like a neat dosing grinder.
I want to see how the Mazzer does with the new burrs. If it's a noticeable improvement, I may be happy for another year. If it's about the same, I might try to sell it to partially fund something like a Ceado or Eureka.
