I wussed out on the longer ride. I had anxiety about slowing them down with all the climbing. Did a ride with 4 others which started into a headwind and the wind got stronger as we rode to the bottom of a 7 mile climb on an exposed ridgetop so they decided to turn back and get coffee. After coffee I saw an old friend riding with his wife and her sister so I rode with them for an hour or so. A fun day after all.
