I'd do the Sora option, personally.

I've sold plenty of each over the past few years, and those FSA cranks/chainrings are pretty flexy; anyone over ~200 pounds or putting out a whole bunch of force ends up flexing the chainring right into the FD cage, which means you deal with chain rub, or adjust the derailleur cage further out, which leads to overshift chain-falling-off scenarios.

The Sora crank is stiffer and doesn't have this problem. Shimano's chainring teeth and ramps shift significantly better, as well, so that's also a plus.
