I don't believe believe I seen a Custom DLX before but I've seen that head badge before on some entry level models, circa 1981-1982. The serial number will confirm if it's from the same time period. Centurion's entry level model around this time was typically the Sport DLX. I'm not sure if this was a one year replacement for the Sport DLX or if it's one step up. A good drive side picture or close-ups of the major components and tubing decal might help. Regardless, it would appear to be at or near the bottom of the line.
