Yes, hi-tensile tubing is what I was expecting. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell much from the dark, non-drive side photo that the current owner supplied. However, the wheels are mismatched, with the front being newer and having an aero rim. So, check it over well for signs of a front end crash. The brake calipers also appear mismatched, with the rear being newer. I can't positively identify the derailleurs, other than they appear to be SunTour, to match the bar end shift levers.
