The Aerotech non insulated tights are form fitting, but stretch and are exactly what I’ve used as tights for 30 years, having used Pearl Izumi, Nashbar, Performance and Hind. I guess you might consider them as compression, but not sure who makes tights that are not compression but still form fitting. Never seen that. I do have a pair of cross country ski pants made by Bill Koch (he was a U.S. Olympian skier), these are loose but form fitting, but also heavier than the plain lightweight Aerotech tights I use. I’ve never seen anything like these currently.
