Run your fingers under the top tube and down tubes just behind the head tube and feel for a slight bulge which indicates a possible front end collision. The rims appear to match but the hubs don't so I would be a little suspicious. And its always a good idea to make sure the seat post and stem are free to adjust. Good Luck.
