Thanks for the post...now I don't feel so bad for having falling over while using my trainer.
A few weeks ago I set it up in front of the TV so I could get in a good workout, but there was this weird rattling sound coming from the back. I thought well maybe the thing was just getting old. Turns out the wheel wasn't bolted in tight enough to the trainer and had started to come loose. I was hammering away and then all of a sudden found myself falling over, still clipped in, with the trainer caught in the spokes. I felt like such a doofus. I was going to make a post when it happened, but I was too embarassed! Thanks for helping me come out of the closet on this one. lol.
