Hence why I said I would just use a Shimano hub if I could find one in this size.
In this case I've nothing useful to add. However I almost always have more to say.
If in your original post you'd left out the reference to "best". I wouldn't have said anything here. All the info you gave in the original post was adequate until you put "best" in the title and message.
I don't normally expect people to recommend the worst possible product. So why even mention best since best has different meanings to everyone.
