Rigida was a major producer of rims back then, and that logo looks, I dunno, 80's? I don't know a ton about the specific products they offered, but in general, a high end rim would have eyelets around the spoke holes, which this one doesn't.

The brake track looks hardly used. If it's in good shape, you can repurpose the rim, or use the wheel as is.
