What size cranks does your fitter recommend you get? That would be the more important question and one that wouldn't make sense in this old thread from 2016. This might help you as well:

Anecdotally for me and my body my fitter recommended sticking with 170mm (I am 5'10.5" but there are many other things to consider in fit than just height). However you should find a good fitter if you don't already have one and get a fit done. Look for someone who does Dynamic fits (as opposed to static fits) and it will change you life and no you don't have to race or ride every single day or have a custom bike or anything like that so long as you have a bike (or an interest in buying something new) and ride it at least with some regularity or distance you more than qualify.
You could also just swap out the chainrings on your crank and this can help:
