Whatever- it's a high zoot frame, cable guides and bottle bosses.

It's a 1981 or earlier bike based on the head badge holes, more than likely Reynolds 531 or Columbus- as those are the frames you'd spend the bank to put on the extra braze ons.

Was Columbus of this era rifled? If so- check the steerer tube.

The way to tell the difference between the x10 and x30 frames is check the distance from the tire to the seat tube- the longer stays are the x10.
