hey, ravenmore. let's just say, hypothetically, that this wheel needs truing often. in other words, it won't stay put. what do you think bikesdirect would do about it? not answer my emails? tell me to send the whole bike back? reimburse me to have them tweaked by a shop? just thinking ahead, because i've owned wheels before that basically never stayed true. i've got 0 miles on these, so i'm just pondering right now. hopefully all will be well.
