Try Mothers Polish for alloy wheels. You can get it at auto parts stores. It will shine even the dullest of alloy parts. To get the satin finish back like Campagnolo cranks and brakes, you have to media blast the surface with a talc and clear anodize. When the brakes get too far gone, I usually polish them out . The cranks I just keep cleaning them but I have seen where folks have removed the anodize and polished them.
