With the chain off try the following 4 tests .....
a. Return your FD E-TUBE settings to Zero
This assumes you’ve not cranked down on the mechanical stop(s).
b. Hold shift lever in big ring position, do not release.
c. Shift while placing some pressure to help it move. I’d suggest some string, rather than squashing fingers.
d. Pop the cable to force reboot of FD
