In line adjusters tend to be somewhat design specific, although there's likely some interchangeability not that most any one would have a list of this

Any adjuster that either has the casing seating directly in the adjuster socket. and that socket is compatible with the casing diameter OR any adjuster that fits the common 5.8mm diameter of casing end caps WILL WORK. Of course if you get the latter then you'll need the casing end caps too.

The other dimensional aspect of changing in line adjusters is the length of it between the casing ends. This internal dimension is not standard and in the could extreme require a new inner cable if the old one is too short. Andy
