Can't really help much as I haven't figured out mine either. One suggestion I can make is to contact Billato with the serial number and see if they can tell if it's one they made. Roberto Billata said mine came out of their shop. Mine appears to be Columbus tubing of some type with Ultech dropouts.

Mine has several things stamped on the bb. "140606" and "1920" and "56" and "3E" . 56 should be the size and I image the 3E is a reference to the tubing.

I bought mine as a frameset out of France and just recently built it up. It's winter here now with salt on the roads so it hasn't even been ridden yet.


As it sit now, freshly built and waiting for spring.
