I just don't have the oven to make "normal" pizza to my satisfaction, but this turns out really well in a regular oven at 450⁰
The place nearby makes a mean Sicilian. They also make what they call “grandma’s tomato pie” which is square pan pizza w/ cheese over the dough, sauce, the. Fresh mozz and basil on top. It’s delightful.
