I tried it, and it said it was "malformed". So I found "FitFileTools" and fixed it, downloaded the file, and uploaded it to Strava, but it doesn't appear in my feed. If I try to upload it again, it tells me it appears to be a duplicate of another activity and won't accept it.

At this point, I'm throwing in the towel. At least I logged the "miles" in Strava.
