Thanks! I actually scored a good deal on the bike itself so I can somehow (in my mind!) justify the extra bits... To be honest, the best improvement were the grips... The ride is super comfortable now too with the Ti seatpost.

Very nice bike, great choices for upgrades! Plugging the carrier block holes would require the screw in inserts which come with Brompton not sold with the block attached. Might ask your dealer for some. You could see if some sort of black rubber plugs would work. I would not go the permanent route, one day you might decide to use this very useful feature!
