My parents got their first dose last week. Had to drive to another county, which was supposedly just for that county's residents, but they had more vaccine than they could use, so they were just giving it to anyone who had an appointment. Nothing in the sign up checked or asked, and when there they asked for your address but didn't turn you away even if you were truthful. Hopefully the same rules apply in a few weeks. They're over 65 so should probably qualify in most places for early anyway.
Hopefully distribution gets much more efficient soon.
