That pretty much describes me, in that I never even thought about the fact that my bike came from the shop with no reflectors (or chain guard, or fenders, or kick stand). I'm surprised at the turn this thread has taken. I was the one who first mentioned reflectors as a (weak) attempt at humor. Never thought that reflectors could be so controversial.
