the combination of seat stay treatment and housing stops had me leaning toward Gaul - at least between Gaul and Albion...

Mad_Honk mentioned a Cyclo product in his message

always good for us to recall that there is both Cyclo of Gaul (the original) and Cyclo of Albion...

upon reflection dropouts appear they could be one of the Cyclo patterns

suggestion of possible Pampasian origin -

best known producer here on this forum is Saavedra. despite their very Italian design proclivity they built to metric/BNA standard. so if frame turns out to have been done to metric standard that would leave them an open possiblity...

i for one have zero guesses here; awaiting additional data
