I've said something similar to friends numerous times over the year. I tend to do most of my long hours type riding solo and many, if not most, of my friends don't understand at all.
There is something about riding 100 miles solo. Some times its great, sometimes it sucks harder than a Hoover. But I don't regret any that I have done.
