There are no deals for bicycle wheels on eBay, IMO. Once you find your "deal" there, compare it to a new wheel of similar quality. In my quest for wheels several times for different bikes, I got brand new Mavic rims with Shimano hubs from online vendors much less expensive than what many sellers on eBay wanted for used.

If the information isn't in the details of the eBay offer that you need, then likely the seller doesn't know themselves anything about wheels. It's a caution to steer clear to me unless you know by sight what you are looking at.

I've bought and sold on eBay almost since the year they began. But bike parts and other things are not a deal on eBay.
