as far as hubs are concerned, any wheelset with those axle sizes should work. there are other factors to consider. the thru axle bolts themselves are specific to the frame, so you'll use those with whatever new wheels you put in the bike. the 12x100 and 12x142 just describe the dimensions of the hollow axle in the hub.
