Weight with rim width

I know this is a bit off topic but I want a sirrus 6.0 2021 but I do not think the rims can handle my weight. I weigh 245 and I have a body fat of 12% so I'm not fat but a lifelong bodybuilder. I would consider the sirrus x 5.0 but the crankset is to small for my leg strength. I have a 2009 stumpjumper with a crankset of 44/34/24 up front. I have been riding this on gravel and find i need more gears on the flats. The sirrus 6.0 has the right gears but can't handle my weight and the sirrus x 5.0 doesn't have the gears I want. How do I solve this problem? Can I put the crankset from the 6.o on the x 5.0. Based on what I've read putting the rims from the x 5.0 on the 6.0 isn't an option.
