You won't be able to move it but $300 isn't totally rediculous, a bit steep yes considering the paint.

Going to say the RD is not original, maybe SP, seat and pedals, can't tell on brakes for sure, others will be along to help.

If you like it and it fits, you may want to try and talk them down, doesn't seem like we see a lot of smaller ones so.......

I bought a 70's for $400 last summer and it is a fantastic rider, these are very cool and I would seriously consider it.
