Determining correct BB spindle length

I'm building-up my Galmozzi, and facing a quandary: how long should my BB spindle be? I get that it needs to be 70mm to fit the bearing race cups, but the extension beyond that escapes me. I'm fitting a Campag Record Strada crank-set (180mm), and a single 52-tooth Gipiemme chain-ring. The thickness of the arm where it fits over the spindle appears to be 26mm on the spider side, and 25mm on the other.
Also, crazy question: would a sealed BB like this one be a viable option? The price is kind of crazy low: https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Old-Sto...M/274455317335
