Yeah, Trek's actual name is "Trek Integrated Seatpost Light Mount" Model W561410 even though it attaches to the seat post clamp area. It actually does not attach to the rails in any way, just the clamp. According to Trek it fits MY19+ Madone SLR, MY20+ Domane SL/SLR & MY20+ Madone SL. No mention of Emonda, but my dealer assured me it fits the Emonda also.
BTW, that is a render not a picture of the actual adapter. Adapter is already up on Shapeways site,
