This place is 1400 sf but it feels much smaller. I wonder if they counted the mud room or the half of the attic that’s finished. I think I could dig 1700, but yeah 2400 or 3000 would be too much for our current lifestyle.
Actually I would love the 2200 I used to have with the ex.
