They come from the factory with a light lithium grease. Anything is really fine as long as it is relatively low viscosity (not very sticky) and you apply it sparingly. You don’t need a lot of grease on the pawls. Thoroughly clean out whatever is in there before reapplying.

You can also lube it with an oil like in the links you posted, but the freehub will be a bit louder and the oil migrates more than the grease (grease stays in place a bit better).
