Update: I did a test ride monday night and yesterday.
With all the excess crap (rack, double kickstand, north bars, etc) stripped off, this bike seriously sings!
I went with the smallest stem, 500 mm chromoly nito bars, ergon gp3....and stuck some used Profile Design carbon aero bars in front.
The cockpit is a bit small, but I've set it for my girlfriend.

As for the aero bars...personally, I don't like it on this bike because it's very twitchy....but it's best for my girlfriend to try it and make the call.....
