Narhay is correct, Tech was a brand owned by Cycletech from Calgary. The brand debuted in 1987 and disappeared around 2000. I have a 1990 Tech catalogue but it predates the subject bicycle. Components on this one appear to be circa 1993-1994, as the large barrel Parallax hubs were introduced for 1995. This would have been right around the time that threadless headsets were introduced. Not many bicycles were spec'd with them at his time, so this would have been considered state-of-the -art. Serial number? TIA.
