Bikes: Surly Troll, Ritchey Breakaway Ascent, Brompton 16", Trifold 20"

Just ordered the Change 833 MTB frame from Flatbikes, USA. Looking forward to building the bike for touring. Anyone have specs on shifter and brake cable lengths? Thanks everyone for some really good detailed information!
