Finally have a "saved from the dump" bike. Found it on the curbside this week. The model decals are trashed. Serial # L279939, which gives a build date of 1983. The fork decal says 1024, but the frame does not seem heavy to me, compared to a lot of vintage bikes I restore. No idea what the main tubes are.

Not much to work from, but if you've got a clue ...
