I have read somewhere that a lot of hard exercise depresses sex hormones, but I haven't seen any studies of that. I do know that there is history of long distance riders experiencing ED due to perineal compression on the wrong saddle, but that was before modern slotted saddles appeared, and was in fact the reason for their development. I don't get a numbie, no matter how long the ride. It also helps to stand every 10 minutes or so.
Yea, you are right, I guess I'll keep both, of course the only way is alternating them and not riding to hard on the bike day. Thanks.
