211 is the non-emergency number. They set it up for all those fools out there calling for the little things and the non-emergency stuff, like when there's a cat in the tree, or when you want to know if you can take your bike on inner LSD.

Stuff like that. I don't know if every city has one, but it seems like a good idea to have.
