Definitely a Moto, and with that (missing) headbadge it's a safe bet to be at latest a 1973, but as for model: what are the dropouts? What seat post size? And for the fork: the chrome bulge-formed crown could be OEM for this frame but does not ring "true" for either the Grand Jubile(e) or Grand Record: I'd expect to see a Vagner crown with sharp edges. But specs do change over the years and by territory, back then (early '70s) not ever Moto was a USA-spec bike as imagined by Ben Lawee. Is there an adapter for the threadless stem or did somebody clamp this stem to a threaded fork (which would definitely point to a non-original fork!)?
